The just‐in‐time, low volume, and custom nature of FCA’s product offering requires unique and specialized engineering and production capabilities. While the basic structure of each custom product may have similarities, FCA’s design engineering department modifies designs to suit the specific and ever-changing requirements of our customers to ensure products are securely positioned and protected.

In many cases, customers may use packaging designs only once, requiring both a qualified engineering group and flexible manufacturing capabilities to fulfill customers’ evolving packaging needs. With patent holding engineers on staff, and an Design Engineering Facility with CAD design and full testing capabilities, FCA provides our customers the flexibility to quickly and cost effectively adapt packaging solutions to product design changes while minimizing time and expense.

Design and production capabilities also include other protective and custom elements such as Vapor Barrier Packaging, VCI (Volatile Corrosion Inhibitor), Shock Isolation, ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) and MIL-SPEC applications.
